A system crash (blue screen) occurs after you successfully install or upgrade to either of the following:
The following driver versions are older than PVS 7.6:

You installed or upgraded to ENS 10.x or MOVE AV MP 4.8.0.186 or later.
Solution
Upgrade Citrix PVS to version 7.6 or later before you install or upgrade your ENS or MOVE AV MP installation.
