En circunstancias poco frecuentes, la instalación de DXL, ENS, MOVE AV Multi-Platform Client o VSE puede fallar. Cuando se produce un error en la instalación, los registros de instalación respectivos registran errores similares a los siguientes.
Los registros de instalación se encuentran en una de las dos ubicaciones. Si se implementa automáticamente a través de ePolicy Orchestrator, los registros se encuentran en el directorio Temp del sistema de la
\McAfeeLogs carpeta. Si se implementa manualmente, los registros se encuentran en el directorio Temp de usuario de la
\McAfeeLogs carpeta.
