ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.x

Problem

When you try to check in the ENS software bundle available through the ePO Software Manager, the check-in fails and Internet Explorer displays the following error:

This page can't be displayed

The orion.log reports the following:

<time stamp> ERROR [http-nio-8443-exec-11] servlet.ControllerServlet - Exception thrown by ActionBean:
com.mcafee.orion.core.sefrvlet.SizeLimitExceededException: org.apache.tomcat.util.http.fileupload.FileUploadBase$SizeLimitExceededException: the request was rejected because its size (354482140) exceeds the configured maximum (262144000)

NOTE: This error or failure also occurs if you try to download the ENS software bundle and perform a manual check-in.

System Change

You downloaded the ENS software bundle from the ePO Software Manager and tried to manually check it into the ePO Master Repository.

Solution

The ENS software bundle can only be checked in from within the ePO Software Manager. It isn't a package or an extension, and only the ePO Software Manager can process its format. After you download the ENS software bundle, you must extract it and check in each component individually to the ePO Master Repository.
