You successfully upgrade to a later release on a client. But, some computers continue to display the previous version in the ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) console. The reporting of completed installations by McAfee Agent is inconsistent in either of the following situations:
Cause
A system restart hasn't taken place on the client.
Solution
After you successfully install DE on the client, perform a system restart to complete the installation.
