Problem
The following error is displayed on the Master Repository Check In Package page:
com.mcafee.orion.core.cmd.CommandException: error.-3007 You might also see the following error: Cause
This issue occurs when another task locks the repository.
Solution 1
Depending on what's locking the repository, you might need to wait until the locking task is complete. Otherwise, there can be another server task that's in a hung state, or the repository table has become 'stuck' in a locked state. To see if there's another task that might be using the repository, view the Server Task log from the ePO console, and filter using "
Solution 2
If you're unable to find another 'In Progress' task that's running, you can restart the ePO services to release the locked state on the repositories. To restart the ePO server services, perform the steps below:
Workaround
If the solution above doesn't resolve the issue, rebuild the Master Repository using the steps provided in KB53736 - How to rebuild the ePolicy Orchestrator Master Repository.
