Endpoint Security (ENS) 10.x Entrust 9.3 Problem
There are compatibility issues with ENS and Entrust 9.3, including the following:
Cause
The VTP service hangs while waiting for a response from Entrust.
Solution
This issue is resolved in Entrust 9.3 Update 200436, which is available only through Entrust Technical Support. Updates are cumulative; Entrust recommends that you install the latest one.
