ProblemWhen you try to upgrade ENS, the upgrade task fails.
The Error 1328.Error applying patch to file C:\Config.Msi\PT86B.tmp. It has probably been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified by this patch. For more information contact your patch vendor. System Error: -1072807676 Action ended 09:06:32: InstallFinalize. Return value 3. The Application log shows the following event: System ChangeTried to upgrade ENS.
CauseThis issue can occur when you try to upgrade an unlicensed, evaluation, or Released to Support (RTS) version of the ENS software.
SolutionUninstall the unlicensed, evaluation, or RTS copy of ENS and install an officially released licensed copy of ENS:
