Custom content update tasks do not display in the Endpoint Security console

Endpoint Security (ENS) Threat Prevention 10.x

Custom content update tasks do not display in the ENS console, although the task still runs and performs as expected.

To submit a new product idea, go to the Enterprise Customer Product Ideas page.

Click Sign In and enter your ServicePortal User ID and password. If you do not yet have a ServicePortal or Community account, click Register to register for a new account on either website.

To validate that the update has been applied, check the following:

In the ePolicy Orchestrator console, access the Master Repository.
Check the version of the AMCore Content Package.
In the ENS console, click the arrow in the top-right corner.
Click About and verify the version of the AMCore Content Package matches the version in step 2.
