NOTE: HP Spectre x360 convertible is verified to be Windows 8.1 certified. The issue has been reported on systems in Legacy BIOS mode or Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) mode. SolutionAccess the BIOS and disable the Fast Boot UEFI option. With Fast Boot disabled, the UEFI Protocols are loaded correctly.
