Environment

Application and Change Control (ACC) 6.2.x, 6.1.x

Data Exchange Layer (DXL) 6.x, 5.x

Endpoint Security (ENS) 10.x

McAfee Agent (MA) 5.6.x

Problem

We've identified an incompatibility between ACC and Trellix products that use SysCore 15.4.0.622.9 or later.

Table 1 lists the ACC versions that trigger this incompatibility with the products listed in Table 2.

ACC 6.1.2	GA and all hotfixes 426 or earlier

ACC 6.1.0	GA and all hotfixes 692 or earlier

GA stands for General Availability.

Solution

This issue is resolved in the following versions of ACC:
