The Product Engineering team has investigated this issue. Under the conditions outlined in the Problem field, the Blocked Processes feature can't be supported.
Using the above methods, there are always going to be situations where it can't work. It can also potentially cause corruption of the file when attached to the Outlook email.
The correct way to send encrypted files is using the right-click
Explorer context menu to create an email with an encrypted file attached as an
.SBA file.
The Email Integration option specifies the Windows Explorer context menu options available to a user on the client system. The Enable sending of encrypted email attachments option enables managed system users to send encrypted email attachments to recipients in the form of SBA files. The default value is disabled.
