ProblemThe Web Control service isn’t able to start after a system reboot. The Web Control service starts during the boot sequence but experiences a timeout while waiting for dependent services to start.
CauseWindows automatically stops the Web Control service when the dependent services take more than 30 milliseconds to start.
WorkaroundLog on and start the Endpoint Security Web Control Service manually from the Services user interface. To open the Services user interface, press Windows+R, type
