ePO is installed with the default agent-to-server communication port (port 80), and the World Wide Web Publishing Service is enabled. Cause
There's a port conflict preventing the Apache service from starting. The Apache service needs to bind to port 80 to run, but port 80 is already being used by the World Wide Web Publishing Service ( Solution
If you're not using the World Wide Web Publishing Service, you can disable it. This action resolves the issue and avoids having to change the agent-to-server communication port.
