Problem

The IPS Dashboard, Threat Explorer, and Malware Detections are blank after you restore an alltables backup.

Solution

This information is obtained from the restored Manager Database using Solr. You must run the solrImport script to populate these values after you restore the backup:

Stop the Manager service. Click the Manager icon in the notification area, and then select Stop Manager.
On the Manager, open a command-line session. Click Start, Run, type command, and click OK.
Type $\App\bin and press Enter.
Type solrImport offline start days_14 and press Enter.
Start the Manager service. Click the Manager icon in the notification area, and then click Start Manager.
