Use the following procedure to apply advanced parameters to the DAM Sensor in ePO 5.x:
- Log on to the ePO 5.x console.
- Click Menu, Policy, Policy Catalog.
- Click Duplicate under the Actions column for the DAM Sensor Configuration policy.
- Type a name for the new policy, preferably keeping the original “DAM Sensor Configuration” prefix with another name, and then click OK.
- Click the new DAM Sensor Configuration policy, add the advanced parameters in the Advanced text area, and then click Save.
- Click System Tree.
- Select the Sensor, under the Systems tab, to which you want to apply the advanced parameters. Then click Actions, Agent, Modify Policies on a Single System.
- Click Edit Assignment under the Actions column for the DAM Sensor Configuration entry.
- Select Break inheritance and assign the policy and settings below.
Click your new policy from the Assigned policy drop-down list, and then click Save.
