Endpoint Encryption for PC (EEPC) 7.0.x, 6.x ProblemYou're unable to automatically add users via the Add Local Domain User (ALDU) EEPC policy.
The client appears to create the event and sync with ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO), but the system never receives the
CauseThere are multiple Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) registered servers at the ePO console, but not all of them have an associated or assigned DE or EE LDAP User sync task created.
SolutionMake sure that each LDAP-registered server in the ePO console is associated with or assigned to an existing DE or EE LDAP user sync task.
IMPORTANT: You should only have one registered server per domain. If you need failover protection, setup the registered server using a domain entry so that ePO only queries DNS for the available Active Directory Servers.
