We're unable to provide support to customers who experience problems with their
16-bit DOS applications when FRP is installed. So far, all
DOS applications that have had problems are old
DOS applications (10+ years). These versions were designed for earlier versions of Windows.
Although it might still be possible to run the
DOS 16-bit applications using an emulator such as
Windows NT Virtual DOS Machine (NTVDM), the 16-bit application might not behave correctly on a client that also has FRP installed. So,
16-bit DOS applications are unsupported. Only applications with
32-bit and
64-bit visual versions are supported.
