After you change the IP address of an Appliance, you must update the Central Management configuration of that Appliance.
- To configure the new IP address, click Configuration, Appliances, and Central Management Configuration.
- Add the address in IP addresses and ports of this node used for central management communication.
This setting is useful when you configure multiple IP addresses configured on an Appliance, but want a specific address used for Central Management communication.
The default port for Central Management communication is TCP port 12346.
Make sure that all firewalls in the path allow connections to this port, or use a different port that you allow.
