SummaryAll Intel-based SWG appliances provide access to the following:
ProblemIn ASC, under Configuration, BMC, Users, you configure a username and password for RMM access. After this configuration, you can log on to the RMM web interface. But, when the system is rebooted and the operating system is started again, you can no longer log on to the RMM web interface.
CauseThis issue occurs if you select the username
WorkaroundConfigure a different username for RMM access. This issue doesn't occur with any other username.
