You see the following after you select the option Select Theme package to install:

Invalid background image supplied

You see the error at the ePolicy Orchestrator console while you work on the DE Install New Theme page.

A custom theme has been created using either JPG or BMP. JPG and BMP are not supported theme formats.

Use the Portable Network Graphics (PNG) format, which is the only supported graphics format.
