Problem 1You are unable to log on to the ePO console.
Problem 2
The ePO log on screen displays the following: When this error displays, the language can't be selected. The The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authentication. CauseThe password was not changed in the ePO Database Settings page.
Solution 1On the ePO Database Settings page, change the database account information:
Solution 2If you can't log on to the Database Settings page because you are using a remote console, do the following:

WARNING: These steps are not supported on Remote Agent Handler. When you need to change the database passwords in the NOTE: Port 8443 is the ePO console port for the following steps.
Open the Database Settings page again and make the needed changes:
