ProblemAfter you restart a member Sensor of a failover pair, you see the following error on the Manager: NOTE: The fault message is removed after a short period. SolutionThe Manager generates this warning fault, and not the Sensor. You can safely ignore this error.
After the Sensor restarts, the SNMP keys that the Manager and Sensor use aren't synchronized. So, the Manager can't synchronize the IBAC file between the Sensor failover pair. The IBAC profile synchronization is used to avoid the peer Sensor repeating the IBAC learning process. A missing IBAC profile file synchronization isn't harmful because the secondary Sensor learns the IBAC profile by itself. After a few minutes, the SNMP key is synchronized and the fault clears itself. Affected ProductsLanguages:This article is available in the following languages: |
