Technical Support does
not provide assistance with
custom theme creation or modifications to existing themes. Customers who develop their own themes assume all responsibility for troubleshooting and modifications. Also, themes that are used by Sales Engineers, which have not gone through Product Management approval for customer release, are
not supported.
Assistance with writing custom themes is available only through Professional Services. For further details, contact your reseller, sales representative, or
Professional Services.
If a theme has been determined or suspected to have adversely affected the normal DE operations on the client or server, the Product Development team always recommends that you remove custom themes, to help troubleshoot the issue.
