Some systems fail to activate after DE is installed. Client side: On the client, the user sees the following in the Encryption System Status window, even though the encryption policy is activated in ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO):
ePO console: The administrator sees the Client System Details showing for DE:
When the administrator clicks More, Disks, the following message is displayed: Problem 2CauseIn the ePO console, no users are assigned to the clients where DE is installed.
SolutionMake sure that users are assigned to the clients via the ePO console:
