Disable debug level logging and do not use this feature unless you require it for troubleshooting purposes.
To disable logging:
- Log on to the ePO 5.x console.
- Click Menu, Policy Catalog.
- Under Product, select Data Loss Prevention.
- Click your Windows Client Configuration or Mac OS X Client Configuration.
- Click the Debugging and Logging tab.
- Deselect Save log messages to files under the Logging section, and then click Apply Policy.
- Send an agent wake-up call to all affected clients.
NOTE: These logs are for troubleshooting. Only enable them to determine the cause of an issue (Debug Level).
