You don't have to call Technical Support for the Endpoint Encryption Code of the Day. You can retrieve the code from our
Support Portal.
Steps to view the Endpoint Encryption Code of the Day.
- Log on to the Support Portal.
- Go to the Support Tools section.
- Expand the Endpoint Encryption Code of the Day section.
- Select the reason why you require the code; the options are as follows:
- I need to repair a 92h error.
- I need to repair an INT 13h error.
- I want to perform a manual removal.
- I want to perform an Emergency Boot.
- Other. Please specify (maximum 500 characters).
- Select the option to accept the Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions describe the product and conditions governing its offer to users.
- Click Generate Code. A table displays the 'Code of the Day' for the current date, and for the next nine days.
NOTES:
- The Generate Code option is activated only on selecting one of the above reasons and after accepting our Terms and Conditions.
- If you've selected any of the first three options under "Please select your reason," you'll find a Knowledge Base article to help with your issue.

- On the Endpoint Encryption Manager server, click Start, All Programs, Endpoint Encryption Manager.
- Click Endpoint Encryption Tech Code Generator. The Code of the Day and the code for the next six days are displayed.
NOTE: To select another date, use the calendar available from the drop-down list.
