Sometimes, the files in a snapshot folder can't be accessed after ENSSP has processed a scan request. You see the following error on the Filer: Cause
The file is in a read-only directory on the NetApp Filer. NOTE: A snapshot is a read-only representation of the Filer's Common Internet File System (CIFS) share at a point in time. Solution
Exclude snapshot folders and subdirectories from being scanned.
