Trellix has an important update regarding a new version of Trellix Endpoint.
NOTES:
- Trellix Endpoint 2311 is expected to become available on January 9, 2024.
- This is a mandatory release that includes changes to accommodate the URL rebranding of the Real Protect feature to ML Protect.

- Post January 26, 2024, we can't guarantee that detections will continue to work due to Real Protect Cloud changes, which could lower detection efficacy on clients.
- Customers must upgrade to this mandatory release before January 26, 2024, to ensure clients remain fully protected.
- An On-Prem build will be made available to Support and in the Evaluation Branch for ePO-SaaS customers from December 18, 2023, onward for validating the URL change, ahead of the new version being released on January 9, 2024.
What action is required in advance of this release?
- Allow the new URL (https://arc-ai1.trellix.com/) through your firewall and proxy before deployment of Trellix Endpoint 2311.
- Deploy Trellix Endpoint 2311 before January 26, 2024.
