Web Control Block and Warn pages display the message "We're sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."

Environment

Endpoint Security (ENS) Web Control 10.x

Problem

The Block or Warn page that ENS Web Control navigates to after blocking or warning for a URL contains the following message:

We're sorry, the page you requested cannot be found.

Message "We're sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."

Message "We're sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."

Solution

Internet Explorer browser
The issue is resolved with Internet Explorer browsers with no action required by the users.

Chrome or Edge browser
The issue is resolved in the ENS 10.7.0 June 2022 Update.

Firefox browser
The issue is resolved in the ENS 10.7.0 June 2022 Update.
