Environment

Threat Intelligence Exchange (TIE) Server - all supported versions

Bare Metal Server
Hewlett PAckard (HP) NC375i Quad Port Multifunction Gigabit Server Adapter

Problem

You are unable to install TIE Server on a Bare Metal server.

The network card is not detected during the installation. No network cards are detected.

You followed the instructions in KB86324 - Threat Intelligence Exchange Server supported virtualization methods.

Cause

The Bare Metal server has the HPE NC375i integrated quad port multifunction gigabit adapter installed.

Solution

The HPE NC375i integrated quad port multifunction gigabit server adapter isn’t supported.
