Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) 3.5.x Endpoint Security (ENS) 10.7.0 November 2021 Update, 10.6.1 November 2021 Update Problem
An issue occurs wherein both EDR 3.5.x and either the ENS 10.6.1 November 2021 Update or ENS 10.7.0 November 2021 Update co-exists. This issue is observed to manifest as third-party Solution
We re-released the ENS 10.7.0 November 2021 Update with an updated Platform component to address this issue, and also released EDR 3.5.2 Hotfix 1. Customers experiencing this issue should perform any of the following actions:
Workaround 1
Temporarily add impacted processes to the Ignored processes For more information, see the EDR Product Guide. Workaround 2
As a last resort, temporarily disable the Trace plug-in.
