ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) - SaaS Mobile Security Problem
When you log on to ePO - SaaS and go to Menu, MVISION, MVISION ePO, there's another step to Single Sign On (SSO) into the Mobile Security console. Click Configuration on the Mobile Security screen. This action takes you to the Mobile Security console page, which is separate from the ePO - SaaS console. In the following cases, you get the message "FORBIDDEN":
CauseTechnical Support is investigating this issue. If you experience this issue, log on to the ServicePortal and create a Service Request. Include this article number in the Problem Description field.
Workaround
You're only allowed one Mobile Security page per browser instance. If you continue getting the "Forbidden" messages, close the entire browser session.
