You observe the symptoms below:
- The SQL CPU utilization is constantly high, and can sometimes be 95% or higher.
- This CPU utilization reduces significantly when the Apache service is stopped on the ePO server and all remote handlers.
When viewing blocking results, you can see blocking from the following function:

When running an SQL Profiler trace or an SQL script that shows the top CPU consumers, you might see many instances of the above function in the results.
