Cannot communicate with the update service (displays after clicking "Update Now")

Environment

Endpoint Security (ENS) Threat Prevention 10.6.1 June 2021 Update

Problem

You click Update Now in the ENS client UI console for the second time when content is already up to date. The following messages display in the Update window:

Update stopped
Cannot communicate with the update service

Solution

This issue is resolved in the ENS 10.6.1 September 2021 Update.
