ePO - SaaS Data retention policies:
- Customer tenant information is entirely deleted from the ePO - SaaS back-end if an active subscription doesn't exist for longer than six months. - Threat event and other similar purgeable data are targeted for purging from the ePO - SaaS back-end SQL databases after one year.
NOTE: The above statement doesn't apply to the Audit log or Server task log.
This data isn't guaranteed to be removed once it crosses the age threshold, but merely becomes eligible for deletion.
NOTE: The decision for when data from the ePO - SaaS SQL databases hosted in Amazon Web Services is to be purged is based on maintaining a reasonable database size and performance. But, it's not eligible for removal if it's earlier than one year.
