ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.10 Update 10
Problem
Remote access to the ePO console is blocked after the installation of ePO 5.10 Update 10. The above issue is seen on servers where the local firewall is enabled. The inbound Windows firewall rule shows only Cause
When ePO is installed, it adds firewall rules to allow the ePO service ports the needed access for communication. Earlier versions of ePO added When you apply update 10, the rule isn't updated to reflect the new Solution
