Environment

ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.10 Update 9–12

Problem

You see the following message when you select Show Related Systems for the results of Newly Created Policy Management for Client Tasks Queries:

An Unexpected Error

The errors below are recorded in the Orion.log:

ERROR [http-nio-8443-exec-20] servlet.ControllerServlet - Exception thrown by ActionBean:
java.sql.SQLException: Incorrect syntax near '_3'.

Solution

This issue is resolved in ePO 5.10.0 Update 14, which is available from either the Software Catalog or the Product Downloads site.

NOTE: You need a valid Grant Number to access the update.
