A new feature was introduced in on-premises ePO 5.10 Update 9, which allows you to log on to your Trellix ePO - SaaS account.
Enable Single Sign-On (SSO) from on-premises ePO to Trellix ePO - SaaS by performing the steps below:
- Log on to the ePO console.
- Check in the Trellix ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge 2.1 extension or later.
- Navigate to Server Settings, Trellix ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge, and click Edit.
- Under Link to Trellix ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge service, type your Trellix ePO - SaaS email address and password.
- Confirm that the ePO Logon URL points to your local ePO on premises.
- Click Save. After adding the details, the status of the Trellix ePO - SaaS Cloud Bridge displays the message below:

- Navigate to User Management, Users.
- Create a user.
- In the username field, type the email address of your Trellix ePO - SaaS account.
- Under Authentication type, select Trellix ePO - SaaS Authentication.
- Under Manually assigned permission sets, assign a permission set for the user.
- Upon successful creation of the user, log off from the ePO on-premises console.
Now, the ePO console displays a dual log screen.
