ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) - SaaS McAfee Agent (MA) 5.6.x Problem
Packages checked in to the Primary Repository are unexpectedly deployed on managed nodes in the following scenarios:
<Setting name="AutoUpdateEnabled">0</Setting> Cause
The deployment task is being incorrectly triggered when a new version of a managed product is checked in to the Primary Repository. This trigger occurs even though the Auto Update option is disabled.
Solution
A fix has been implemented in MA 5.7.0 and later. Issue resolutions in updates and major releases are cumulative; Technical Support recommends that you install the latest version. To find the most recent release for your product, go to the Product Downloads site.
