After Autoscale SVM is enabled in the MOVE AV Multi-Platform policies, SVMs aren't able to communicate with the SVM Manager. You see this issue intermittently. CauseSolution
To get the Autoscale SVMs to connect with the SVM Manager, change the Autoscale SVM's host name to use the VMname. Examples:
