Status bars in Product Deployment remain gray after a successful deployment

Drive Encryption (DE) 7.2
ProblemWhen you use the Product Deployment page to deploy DE, the Status column for each system included in the Product Deployment doesn't get updated.
You see a single gray bar, even though the product is successfully installed on the client systems. CauseWhen you view the Product Deployment page, ePO compares data from product events and properties to determine the product installation status. This action occurs for each system with the Product ID and version that's configured in the Product Deployment project.
ePO requires the Product Code for installation packages to be 12 characters in length. But, the Product Code for some versions of DE is only four characters in length. The number of characters prevent ePO from correctly reading the Product ID and version, when it queries the product information configured in the Product Deployment project.
Solution
This issue is resolved with DE 7.3. Issue resolutions in updates and major releases are cumulative; Technical Support recommends that you install the latest version. To find the most recent release for your product, go to the Product Downloads site.
Our product software, upgrades, maintenance releases, and documentation are available on the Product Downloads site.
NOTE: You need a valid Grant Number for access. See KB56057 - How to download product updates and documentation for more information about the Product Downloads site, and alternate locations for some products. WorkaroundThis issue is cosmetic and doesn't prevent the product from successfully installing to the client system.
To view which products and versions are installed on the client systems, use Queries and Reports in ePO.
