The McScript_InUse.exe process is terminating abnormally because of a failure to initialize a DLL. When this issue occurs, it records the exit status. -1073741502 (0xC0000142)-STATUS_DLL_INIT_FAILED.

The issue occurs while trying to spawn the Console Windows Host process (conhost.exe).

The issue is related to third-party software interference, which causes the McScript_InUse.exe process to end abnormally. ​NOTE: A system restart might temporarily resolve the problem. But, ultimately the problem where updates or deployments aren't invoked returns.
