Software Catalog Portal monitor shows old products not checked in

Environment

ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.10 Updates 1–9

Problem

The Software Catalog Portal monitor shows old products that aren't checked in.

The incorrect information displays for the checked-in products after you create a custom dashboard with the following:

Category: Software Catalog
Monitor: Software catalog portal

For example, as of July 2020, only McAfee Agent 5.6 has checked into the primary repository. But, as shown below, the monitor displays older versions:

NOTE: This issue is also seen with other products that are checked into the repository.

Solution

This issue is resolved in ePO 5.10.0 Update 10, which is available from either the Software Catalog or the Product Downloads site.
