ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 System Tree column intermittently resizes unexpectedly

Environment

ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) 5.10.0, 5.10 Updates 1–8

Problem

After you manually adjust the column sizes in the System Tree, the columns are resized after you refresh or navigate away from the System Tree.

System Change

You performed one of the following actions:

Installed ePO 5.10.0
Upgraded to ePO 5.10 Updates 1–8

Solution 1

This issue is resolved in ePO 5.10.0 Update 9, which is available from the Product Downloads site.

Solution 2

For customers with ePO 5.10 Update 6:

We investigated this issue and a Proof of Concept (POC) Build is currently available to resolve the issue. To obtain the POC Build, log on to the ServicePortal and create a Service Request. Include this article number in the Problem Description field.
