SIEM Enterprise Security Manager (ESM) 11.x
SummaryWill there be any more managed releases, updates, or hotfixes for the existing EOL 10.x versions?
There are currently no plans to release any more hotfixes for the 10.x codebase outside of exceptionally critical issues. What if more bugs are found that originated in the 10.x versions? Will the fixes be released as 11.x hotfixes or back-ported to 10.x? If a bug is found in 10.x that also affects 11.x versions, it would be included in the 11.x hotfix releases. There are no plans to back-port any fixes for the 10.x code base. I am on a 10.x version of SIEM. How does the EOL affect me? Upgrade to the latest version. Existing 10.x versions will continue to function, but any new product issues won't be addressed in 10.x. Any Technical Support tickets would be best-effort only.
