DLP Endpoint supports Microsoft Service Packs only while Microsoft officially supports them.
Microsoft ended extended support for Windows Server 2003 SP2 on July 14, 2015. As of the end of 2015, the only product we support with Windows Server 2003 SP2 is Application and Change Control.
Install Endpoint Security for Mac 2.3 and MA for Mac OS X 4.8.0.1938 (Update 3) before you upgrade OS X to El Capitan 10.11. Also, do so before you upgrade DLP Endpoint for Mac to this release level.

Migration of on-premises managed DLP endpoints to Trellix ePO - SaaS:
NOTE: MVISION ePO was rebranded to Trellix ePO – SaaS in May 2022 Update.
To migrate DLP from on-premises ePO to ePO-SaaS, the minimum version of DLP Extension required on on-premises ePO is 11.6 or 11.10. For more information, see the Product Guide and Installation Guide.
NOTE: DLP extension 11.9 isn't supported for migration.
