Standard User prompted for admin credentials when changing settings in Endpoint Security Client

Environment

Endpoint Security (ENS) 10.7.0 February 2020 Update, 10.6.1 February 2020 Update

Problem

When you upgrade to ENS 10.6.1 February 2020 Update or ENS 10.7.0 February 2020 Update, and a Standard User tries to change the ENS settings within the ENS Client, a message for administrator credentials displays. Even after you enter correct credentials, the changes can't be saved. The ENS Platform Errors Log contains the following errors:

Solution

This issue is resolved in ENS 10.6.1 April 2020 Update and ENS 10.7.0 April 2020 Update.
