For iOS users, when you select the Disable Bluetooth option in Device Action for any Threat Policy, Bluetooth isn't disabled when the event triggers. This issue occurs with all versions of iOS.
Cause
The cause of this issue is an Apple app store restriction.
Workaround
As a workaround, you can use Mobile Device Management to control Bluetooth.
