McAfee Agent (MA) for Linux 5.6.1 to 5.6.3
Problem
After each system reboot, you see the following messages in vm-mfe-lnxsv3 systemd: Configuration file /etc/systemd/system/mcafee.ma.service is marked executable. Please remove executable permission bits. Proceeding anyway. System Change
You upgraded MA for Linux from MA 5.0.x to 5.6.
Solution
The issue is resolved with McAfee Agent 5.6.4, which is available from the McAfee Downloads site, and ePO software manager. To view other MA resolved or known issues, see KB90993. Issue resolutions in updates and major releases are cumulative; Technical Support recommends that you install the latest version.
