ePolicy Orchestrator - SaaS console shows an incorrect number of connected Mobile Security devices

ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) - SaaS

Problem

The number of connected Mobile Security devices in the ePO - SaaS console My Subscriptions window is incorrect. Even though Mobile Security is connected, it's not reflected in the number of total connected devices.

Solution

This issue will be addressed in a future release of the product. This article will be updated when more information is available.

Workaround

As a workaround, follow the steps below to view the total number of connected Mobile Security devices:

Log on to the Mobile Security console.
Click DASHBOARD.
See Total Devices in MVISION Mobile Operational Mode tab under Metrics.
